His experience spans in the polymer compounding value chain - from formulation development and material research to large-scale production and international business expansion.
Under his leadership, Takkar Polychem Pvt. Ltd. has evolved into one of India’s most trusted names in PVC compounds, LSZH/ZHFR compounds, and Eco-Safe masterbatches, serving leading customers in domestic and global markets.
Mr. Amit Takkar, a Chartered Accountant, brings over 24 years of diverse professional experience combining financial acumen, strategic thinking, and industry insight. After a successful seven-year tenure with leading multinational corporations, he transitioned into the specialized compounds and masterbatches sector, where he has been instrumental in driving growth through system-driven management and structured sales programs.
As Chief Visionary Officer of Takkar Polychem Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Takkar plays a key role in shaping the company’s long-term direction-focused on operational excellence, efficiency, and global competitiveness. He also holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Financial Management (PGDFM).
